Charles Management Consulting Group (CMCG) provides Test and Evaluation (T&E) Management support services for DoD Test and Evaluation planning, identification, implementation, integration, and monitoring of processes and strategies

 

Areas of expertise include:

• Developing, updating, maintaining, and tracking of the budget for the conduct of the Live-Fire Test and Evaluation (LFT&E) program, including planning, execution and reporting of surrogate tests, TSST, and Shock Trials.

• Providing necessary support to ensure successful INSURV surveys and inspections during these trials events.

• Development of test plans and test procedures for surrogate tests, Total Ship Survivability Tests (TSST) and Shock Trials with inputs from the technical communities, Warfare Centers, and Research Laboratories (RL) in the areas of survivability which includes vulnerability, susceptibility and recoverability.

• Resolution of LFT&E issues for the documents listed above with LFT&E Working Group Team members, including OSD/DOT&E and OSD/DOT&E/LFT&E, Warfare Centers, and RL.

• Identification of LFT&E resources required to conduct TSST and Shock Trials.

• Development of Test and Evaluation Strategies (TES) and Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP)

• Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E)

• Initial Operational Test and Evaluation (IOT&E)

• Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E)

• Follow-on Operational Test and Evaluation (FOT&E)

• Operational Assessment (OA)
