Marie Beresford is the Vice President of Charles Management Consulting Group (CMCG). In this position, she has a strategic role in CMCG's growth. Ms. Beresford possesses a strong track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies and managing large operations for peak performance.

 

As Vice President, Ms. Beresford is responsible for furthering the development of an accelerated growth plan, managing all operational policies, and leading the creation of the company's recruiting and retention plan. Ms. Beresford oversees many of the company's corporate functions, including business development, human resources and recruiting, and contracts, to scale the organization and accelerate business growth.

Before joining CMCG, Ms. Beresford was a finance and contracts professional who gave 37 years of service to Naval Sea Systems Command's (NAVSEA) Total Force and Corporate Operations Directorate (SEA10). NAVSEA accounts for one quarter of the Navy's entire budget, with more than 150 acquisition programs under its oversight where the primary objective is to engineer, build, and support the U.S. Navy's fleet of ships and its combat systems. She brings a wealth of financial and operational leadership to the team.
